Returns / Refunds

Our Tripe and Raw Food products are perishable goods, and as such we are not able to accept returns or refund orders.  

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   Pets have taste and smell preferences just like humans. We do not consider a pet’s refusal to eat the product a valid reason for refund. In these instances, please let us know because we always want you and your pets to be happy. We will do what we can to make things right!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All tripe and raw food products we offer cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Lost, damaged or stolen parcels

We cannot be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Once your parcel had been handed to the courier, it is their responsibility to deliver your parcel. We are not responsible to claim the lost, damaged or stolen parcels for you however we will do our best to provide you with relevant information for you to make the claim directly to the courier (typically UPS). By making a purchase from our website, you understood and agreed to these conditions.
